Stephen L. Borhi
Stephen L. Borhi, 68 of Walnutport,
Pa., formerly of Raritan, NJ, died Wednesday, February 2, 2000
in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp., Pa.
He was an Electrician for the
IBEW Local 262, Somerville, NJ and worked for Johns Manville
in Manville, NJ, retiring in 1993.
Born April 27, 1931 in McAdoo,
Pa., he was the son of the late Stephen and Margaret Wanyo Borhi.
He was a member of Sacred Heart
Catholic Church in Manville before moving to Walnutport six years
ago.
He was a Private First Class
in the Army, having served from 1951 to 1953. He then transferred
to the Army Reserves until 1956.
He is survived by a son, Stephen
J. of Walnutport; two daughters, Virginia S. Hunter of Phillipsburg
and Lisa G. Gabory of Cowpen, SC; three sisters, Margaret Fegley
of Danielsville, Pa, Agnes Kassick of Manville and Mary Onderko
of Flemington; eight grandchildren and a grandchild.
There will be no calling hours
or services. Private cremation will be held at the convenience
of the family and burial of the cremated remains will be in St.
Stephen's Cemetery in McAdoo, Pa. The Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home
is handling the arrangements.
The family will accept memorial
contribution, sent in care of the funeral home, 289 S Main St.,
