Ruth L. Ball
Ruth Lydia Ball, 81, of Phillipsburg,
went home to our Lord, Monday, April 24, 2006 in Warren Hospital.
Born March 12, 1925 in Weatherly,
Pa., she was a daughter of the late Daniel and Mary Cihilash
Sube.
Her husband, the late Kenneth
Ball passed away February 1, 1988.
She was employed as a presser
at Eastern Overall for twenty years. She loved life, gardening,
reading and her pet dog, Dee-Dee and was an avid NASCAR fan of
Jeff Gorden.
Ruth was a member of the River
of God Fellowship, Easton.
She is survived by three sons,
Kenneth D. and his wife Charlene of Holland Township, NJ, Clinton,
Sr. and his wife Rosemary of Martins Creek, Pa, and Irvin, Sr.
and his wife Katheryn of Phillipsburg, NJ; a daughter, Sandra
Minchin and her husband Larry of Easton, Pa; two sisters, Pearl
Kaye and Sylvia Hoffman; a brother, Fred Sube, all of Weatherly,
Pa; seven grandchildren, Irvin Ball, Lonnie Ball and his wife
Lisa, Halli Gudzinas and her husband Jim, Clinton Ball Jr. and
his wife Cindy, Carol Van Horn and her husband Leonard, Ruthann
Edinger, and Joseph D. Edinger; nine great-grandchildren, Berlynn
and Taylor Gudzinas, Nicole Free, Antoinette and Clinton Ball,
III, Elizabeth and Leonard Van Horn, III, Hailey Rustay and Collin
Edinger. Two brothers, Howard and Daniel, and three sisters,
Mary Ellen Hinkle, Lucille Koloski, and Martha Coxe, all died
earlier.
Services will be held 10:00 a.rn.
Thursday, in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St.,
Phillipsburg. Burial will be in the Phillipsburg Cemetery. Visitation
will be held 6-8 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
