Dominick J. "Mickey" Bubba, 72, of Phillipsburg, died Sunday, February 1, 2004 in his home.

He was a salesman for several building supply companies, including Dries Building Supply in Macungie, Morris Black & Sons, in Allentown and Phillipsburg Supply Co.

Born November 10, 1931 in Phillipsburg, he was a son of the late Andrew and Rose Bock Bubba.

He was an Army veteran.

He was a member of St. Philip and St. James Roman Catholic Church, Phillipsburg.

Dominick's wife of 35 years, the former Gertrude Karte Collins-Bubba died in 1998.

Survivors include two sisters, Catherine Moran of Phillipsburg and Mary Slingland of Palmer Twp. and several nieces and nephews, step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren. A brother Andrew and a sister, Anna R. Ostili both died earlier.

Funeral services will be held 9:00 a.m. Thursday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. in St. Philip and St. James Church, 426 South Main St., Phillipsburg. Burial will be in Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem, Pa.
