Joseph H. Cody, 48, of Phillipsburg, died Saturday, June 2, 2001 in Warren Hospital.

He was a self employed painter in the Phillipsburg area.

Born January 26, 1953 in Phillipsburg, he was the son of the late Paul W. and Elizabeth Irene Lore Cody.

He is survived by a daughter, Jamie N. of Easton and a brother William P. of Lopatcong Twp.

Funeral services will be held 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 S Main St., Phillipsburg. Burial will be in St. Philip and St. James Cemetery, Greenwich Twp., NJ. Calling hours will be held this evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. in the funeral home.

The family will accept memorial contributions, which can be sent to the funeral home.
