Albert V. Cicale

Albert V. Cicale, 64, of Avona Heights, Wilson Borough, died Friday, October 26, 2001 in his home.

He retired from the Clinton Water Department in Clinton, NJ in 1995. He was also a former was a police sergeant and a temporary acting police chief in Clinton.

Born September 9, 1937 in Harmony, NJ, he was the son of the late John and Rosa Triani Cicale.

He was a Navy and Army veteran.

He was a member of the West Easton Athletic Association.

He is survived by a brother, Abraham of Phillipsburg; three sisters, Laura Molnar, Ida Principato, both of Wilson Borough and Elizabeth DelBacco of Bangor and many nieces and nephews. Five brothers, Dominic, Salvatore, Louis, Gerry and Frank and two sisters, Mary Galati and Pauline Manieri all died earlier.

Funeral services will be held 9:00 a.m. Tuesday from the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 S Main St., Phillipsburg. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in St. Philip and St. James Catholic Church, 426 South Main St., Phillipsburg. Burial will be in the parish cemetery, Greenwich Twp., NJ. Calling hours will be held Monday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
