Lois L. Danner, 63, of Phillipsburg, died Sunday, June 2, 2002 in Warren Hospital.

She was a former sewing machine operator for D.G. Sportswear in Phillipsburg.

Born November 22, 1938 in Harmony, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Emma VanEiken Rissmiller and a step-father, the late James Rissmiller.

Lois and her husband, Bernard J. Danner, Sr. observed their forty-fifth wedding anniversary February 23rd.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons; Bernard J. Jr., and James K. and a daughter, Darlene M. Fye, all of Phillipsburg; a brother, Kenneth of Phillipsburg; four sisters, Joyce Rissmiller of Mansfield Twp., Carol Davis of Easton, Betty Bartholomew and Terry Price, both of Phillipsburg; three grandchildren and one great grandchild. A son, Raymond and a daughter, Lois Louise, a sister Emma Bartholomew all died earlier.

Funeral services will be held 8:00 p.m. Wednesday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg. The Rev. Glenn A. Waskow, Pastor of St. John's Lutheran Church, Phillipsburg will officiate the services. Private cremation will be held at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be held from 6:00 p.m. until time of services Wednesday in the funeral home.
