Stacey R. Davis, 33, of Phillipsburg, passed away Monday, February 26, 2007 at her home in the arms of her long-time companion, Dorian Paschal.

Born July 13, 1973 in Easton, Pa., she was a daughter of Raymond Davis of Mertztown, Pa., and Sandra Mutter Davis Stasak and her husband Woody of Florida, formely of Harmony Township, NJ.

Stacey was a 1991 graduate of Wilson Area High School, Wilson Borough.

In addition to her parents and companion, Dorian, Stacey is survived by a son, Talon Blackhawk of Arkansas and a daughter, Cassandra Guidry of Florida; a brother, Raymond Davis and a sister, Cheri Guidry, both of Florida and a caring aunt and uncle, Gerald Mutter and Sharon Scrafano.
