Charles W. Feagley, III, 70, of Palmer Twp., died Thursday, July 25, 1996 in Easton Hospital, Wilson Boro.

He worked in the maintenance department at the Holiday Inn, Bethlehem for past several years. He formerly worked for Service Master of Easton, the parts department of Phillipsburg Motors and Rauby's Gas Station in Easton.

Born August 15, 1926 in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Charles W., II and Della Grim Feagley.

He was a member of the Democratic Association of Bethlehem, the Wilson Boro Republican Club, Lester Pfeffer American Legion Post, Easton, the BPO Elks Lodge number 121 of Easton, the Amvets Post number 17 of Easton, the Order of Fleas, Easton and the Palmer Volunteer Fire Co., Number 2, Wilson Boro.

He is survived by one son, Charles W., IV, of Bethlehem; one grandson, a companion, Shirley Ott Feagley, and several nieces and nephews. Two brothers, Jack and Jere both died earlier.

Private cremation will be held under the direction of the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg. There will be no services or calling hours.
