James Otis "Jim-Jim" Flowers, Jr., 40, of Phillipsburg, died Monday, July 1, 2002 in Phillipsburg.

Born January 30, 1962 in Phillipsburg, he was the son of Laura Williams of Phillipsburg and the late James O. Flowers, Sr.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by four brothers, Robert L. Flowers of Phillipsburg, Carey J. Williams of Jacksonville, Fla., John D. Williams of Easton, Pa and Mark S. Williams of Egypt, Pa.; seven sisters, Rita A., Gloria A., Laura A., Jean M. and Joan M., all of Phillipsburg, Debra of San Jose, California and Barbara Andrews of Easton, Pa. A brother, David W. Flowers died March 24, 2002

Cremation will be private. There are no calling hours. Burial will be in the Phillipsburg Cemetery, Filmore St., Phillipsburg. The Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg is handling the funeral arrangements.
