Grace M. Frinzi, 88, of Phillipsburg, died Tuesday, June 8, 2004 in the Lopatcong Center.

Born July 10, 1915 in Readington, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Pasqual "Patsy" and Calorgia "Katie" Maglio Parino.

She was a member of St. Philip and St. James Catholic Church, Phillipsburg, and was a former member of the Holy Cross Society, Easton.

Grace and her husband, John Frinzi, Jr., observed their sixty-seventh wedding anniversary September 26th, 2003.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Richard J. of Lopatcong Twp.; a daughter, Marie Gallenger of Phillipsburg; two sisters, Mary Yocco of Racine, Wisconsin and Angelina Schempri of Phillipsburg; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A brother, Joseph Parino died earlier.

Services will begin 9:15 a.m. Saturday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:45 a.m. in the church, 426 S. Main St., Phillipsburg. Burial will be in the parish cemetery, Greenwich Twp., N.J. Visitation will be held from 7-9 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
