Dominick M. "Mick" Frinzi, Jr., 76, of Palmer Township, formerly of Alpha, NJ, died Friday, November 24, 2006 in Warren Hospital. Mick was a switchman for the former Bell Telephone of Pennsylvania in Easton for over 33 years before retiring in 1986. Born January 5, 1930 in Phillipsburg, he was a son of the late Dominick M. Sr., and Rosalie Re Frinzi. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Alpha, NJ and the Phillipsburg Chapter of the A.A.R.P. He was a staff sergeant in the Air Force, serving from 1948-1951. Mick and his wife, the former Joyce A. Wood observed their fifty-fifth wedding anniversary on November 10th. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Jeffrey and his wife Beverly of Whitehall, Pa.; a daughter, Debra A. Frinzi of Easton; sisters, Rose Moscotta of Alpha, Elizabeth Mondok of Allentown, Pa. and Angela Neway of Harrisburg; a grandson, Timothy Frinzi and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Charles D. Frinzi and sisters Pauline Viscomi and Lena Avia. Funeral services will begin 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in the church, Fifth Ave., Alpha. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery. Visitation will be held from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
