Maria C. Gallardo, 89, of Mexico, died Wednesday, September 5, 2007 in Warren Hospital.

Maria was born April 9, 1918 in San Nicholas, Mexico and was a daughter of the late Jose Gallardo and Concepcion Reynosa.

She was of the Catholic faith.

Her husband, the late Bonfilio Ramirez died earlier.

She is survived by a daughter, Maria Teresa Ramirez of Phillipsburg; a sister, Concepcion Gallardo of Mexico, three grandchildren, Ruth Clark and her husband Michael, Marisol Quiroz and her husband Isi and Alfonso Mendoza and his wife Sarah; great-grandchildren, Jasmine and Jacqueline Clark, Ethan Quiroz and Sebastian Mendoza.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday (tonight) in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Friday in Ss.
