Robert G. Haring

Robert G. Haring, 66, of Phillipsburg, died Wednesday, January 1, 2003 in Warren Hospital, Phillipsburg.

He was a deliveryman for the former New York Italian Bakery in Phillipsburg for twenty-seven years.

Born March 17, 1936 in Wilson Borough, Pa., he was the son of the late Robert E., Jr. and Edna M. Boyer Haring.

He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War.

He was a member of the Liberty Hose and Citizen's Hose Companies in Easton.

Survivers include a companion, Alice Carr Slater; a son, Robert J. or Forks Twp; two daughters, Debra Tucker-Frank of Pohatcong Twp., and Barbara Jean Haring of Phillipsburg; four brothers, Russell and Richard of Phillipsburg, Roger and Roy of Easton; a half-brother, Floyd Gray of Phillipsburg; three sisters, Louise and Veda Haring of Allentown and Loretta Zagra of Mountain Lake, N.J., and a half-sister, Lucille Hoffner of Alpha and four grandchildren, Edward, Briana, Jordan and Blake. A brother, Ronald died earlier.
