John Thomas Heiser, III

John Thomas Heiser, III, 53, of Covington, Kentucky, formerly of Franklin Twp., Middlesex County, N.J., died Thursday, November 25, 2004 in Covington.

He was a truck driver for various trucking companies.

Born October 15, 1951 in Phillipsburg, N.J., he was the son of Margaret A. (Casey) Heiser Salitz of New Bruckswick, N.J. and the late John T. Heiser, Jr. and a step-son of the late Harold Salitz.

John will be remembered for his love of writing, motorcycles, trucks and dressing up as Santa for family Christmas get-togethers. He grew up in New Jersey, having attended Franklin High School, Franklin Twp., N.J. and moved to Kentucky only 10 years ago.

In addition to his mother, John is survived by a son, John Thomas Laumann of California; five sisters, Nance Coffaro and her husband Anthony of North Brunswick, Peggy Pries and her husband William of Monroe Twp., Patrice Hancock and her husband Robert and Michele Kirsch and her husband Alan, both of Toms River, June Anderson and her husband Jack of Hopewell.

A memorial service will be held 4:00 p.m. Sunday, December 12, in the Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Rd., North Brunswick, N.J. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until time of service in the funeral home Sunday. Online condolences may be submitted at www.noto-wynkoop.com.
