Lucille Hopkins, 57, of Phillipsburg, died Friday, April 27, 2007 in Warren Hospital, Phillipsburg, NJ.

Lucille was a cottage training supervisor at the Hunterdon Developmental Center in Clinton, NJ, where her job became her passion, as she devoted herself to helping the disabled.

Born December 13, 1949 in Newark, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Domenick and Helen Milewski Savi.

She was of the Catholic faith.

She is survived by two sons, Joseph A. and Thomas E., both of Phillipsburg; a brother Domenick, Jr., of Florida; a sister, Paula Conley of Phillipsburg; a daughter-in-law, Renee Hopkins of Manville, NJ; a nephew, Gary Conley, a niece, Michele Savi O'Brien and five grandchildren, Ashley Putz, Michael, Darian, Paige and Joseph Hopkins; and last but not least, her faithful Rottweiler, "Bear".

A celebration of Lucille's life will be held Saturday, May 5th at 11:00 a.m. in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg. Visitation will begin Saturday at 10:: a.m. Online condolences may be submitted by visiting www.noto-wynkoop.com.
