Ruth A. Moore, 83, of Phillipsburg, NJ, died Wednesday, December 23, 1998 in Warren Hospital, Phillipsburg, NJ.

Born September 18, 1915 in Easton, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Nora Lowe Bullock.

She was a former member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Phillipsburg.

Her husband, the late James E. Moore, Sr., died October 27, 1982.

She is survived by two sons, James E. Jr., and Richard, both of Phillipsburg; three daughters, Joan A. Spieles, Caroline Maddock and Judith Moore, all of Phillipsburg; three brothers, Donald of San Diego, Calif, Frederick of Claymont, Del, and James of East Petersburg, Pa., a sister Sarah Bullock of Lancaster, Pa., sixteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Four brothers, Albert, Edward, William and Robert and a sister, Mary Jane Bodi all died earlier.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg. Burial will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine, Palmer Twp. A Calling hour will be from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Monday in the funeral home.
