Arlene E. Price, 81, of Phillipsburg, died Friday, January 30, 2004 in Easton Hospital.

She formerly worked for Magnetic Windings in Easton and New York Transformer, Alpha.

Born July 21, 1922 in Easton, she was a daughter of the late Russell W. and Tillie Reese Walters.

She was a member of the Easton Moose Lodge and Club Mohican. She enjoyed traveling, tips to Atlantic City and playing bingo.

Arlene and her husband, Winfield J. "Winnie" Price celebrated their fifty-third wedding anniversary September 2, 2003.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three brothers, C. Jack Walters of Plainfield Twp., Richard F. and Raymond D. Walters, both of Easton; two nieces, Lori Boyington and her husband James and Terry Kloiber and her husband Frank; two nephews, Jeffrey S. Walters and his wife Lynn and John R. Bachman, Jr. and his wife Josie; a grand niece, Erica Walters and two grand nephews, Scott Walters and Stephen Kloiber. A sister, Shirley L. Bachman died earlier.

Services will be held at Noon on Wednesday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg. The Rev. Tom Robinson of the Calvary United Methodist Church of Easton will officiate. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until time of services Wednesday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine.
