Doris M. Randolph

Doris Mae Randolph, 75, of Phillipsburg, passed on to be with our Lord, on Saturday, November 16, 2002, after a long illness.

Before retiring, she was employed in the production department of the Atlantic Spring Co., in Flemington, N.J. She also loved being a waitress and did so for many years in several New Jersey and Pennsylvania restaurants. She loved cooking, gardening, crocheting and going to yard sales. She would often sit for hours working on a crossword puzzle or sitting in the family boat fishing and relaxing.

Born February 24, 1927 in Scranton, Pa., she was the daughter of the late William and Mildred Strause Ensminger.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Broadway.

She is survived by her loving husband of forty-eight years, Ernest F. and their daughter and son-in-law, Gayla and Ken Gerhardt of Holland Township, N.J.; their daughter Shirley of Frenchtown, N.J.; five grandchildren, Wendy, Mark, Sarah, Emily and Becky; two grandsons-in-law, John and Drew; a granddaughter-in-law, Marcy and three great-grandchildren, Cassandra, Kyle and Olivia.

There will be no calling hours. Private cremation will be held and a memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. The Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg is handling the arrangements. Online condolences may be submitted at www.noto-wynkoop.com.
