Randall H. "Randy" Tophoney, 38, of Lopatcong Twp., died Wednesday, March 31, 1999. Memorial services will be held 7:00 p.m. Tuesday in St. John's Lutheran Church, 278 Chambers St., Phillipsburg. A calling hour will be held 6:00 p.m. until time of services Tuesday in the church.
