Edith Thorp, 86, of Plainfield Twp., formerly of Phillipsburg and Harmony Twp., died Sunday, October 10, 2004 in Gracedale, Lower Nazareth Twp.

Born March 12, 1918 in Phillipsburg, she was a daughter of the late William and Mary Paige Baker.

Her husband, the late Andrew J. Thorp died in 1978.

Survivors include two sons, Andrew E. of Easton and Richard J. of Earlville, NY; two daughters, Evelyn Seiple of Plainfield Twp., and Patricia Fry of Palmer Twp.; fourteen grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren. Several brothers and sisters died earlier.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 S. Main St., Phillipsburg. Burial will be in the Stewartsville Lutheran Cemetery, Stewartsville.
