Vincenza F. Tolotta, 88, of Phillipsburg, died Friday, February 17, 2006 in Easton Hospital, Wilson Borough.

She was a clerk with the Department of Community Affairs, Bureau of Aging, in Trenton, NJ for 12 years, retiring in 1990.

Born September 3, 1917 in New Village, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Stephanie Colucci Fucci.

She was a member of Ss. Philip and James Roman Catholic Church, Phillipsburg, the Blue Army Shrine in Washington, NJ and the St. Catherine of Sienna Chapter of St. Dominic's Third Order, Philadelphia and the O'Donnell Social Club in Phillipsburg.

Her husband, the late Ralph B. Tolotta died in 1976.

She is survived by three brothers, Antonio and Nicholas, both of Phillipsburg and Michael of Germantown, Tenn.; two sisters, Mabel Vasquez of Beattystown, NJ and Lena Stauffer of Washington, NJ and many nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by three brothers, George, August and Clement "Lundy" and two sisters, Lucy Bernardesca and Stephanie Fucci.

Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in the church, 426 South Main St., Phillipsburg.
