To the family of Earle S. Deats,
My deepest condolences to you and yours. My grandmother, who passed on in 1980, was Elizabeth Deats Lowe. She was Earle's half sister. It is my understanding that Earle and my grandmother had the same father. My father, Richard Lowe, talked about Uncle Earle. I may have met him but I was quite small and I do not remember. When I see the picture of Earle, I can see the resemblance between him and my grandmother. She was a very good grandmother and I still miss her and think of her often. They are very good memories which I am sure that you have also. Please know that others are thinking of you and share your sorrow. I hope that the memories that you have of Earle will help to sustain you in this difficult time.
