Dear Debbie & Jim.

Words can't tell you how much we loved your Mom. When we first decided to buy our house next door, the approval of our parents was important. I know my Dad was extremely happy to know we were in such great company as your parents. He felt we were safe. Our moms were friends before we were ever thought of. We have so many relatives in common that were are truly family. My only regret is that your Mom never got to see our new house. She was such a wonderful person with the patience of a saint. I know you will truly miss her but you can always know in your heart you were the best daughter anyone could ever hope for. The respect Jim showed his in-laws was so heart-warming. Your children were given a good example to follow. We'll always be here for all of you.
