To Bill's whole family;

Our thoughts are with you all during this hard time. May God keep him and reunite him with his sister Alice. Bill was always quiet but, always there for his sister Alice before she passed in Jan. 2004. Bill always kept to himself after Alice passed away but, when you did see him out and about he would always smile and wave hello. He will be missed.
