Mom,
You didn't start out liking
me, but thank God that only lasted a little while!!!!!!! I liked
being the best of friends, a person you could tell anything to.
I didn't realize I had to remember it all. (good thing I remembered
a lot of it) Thanks for always being there and making me feel
like your real daughter like so many thought.
I'll always love you and miss you.

Aunt Ada,
I will never forget the Sunday
afternoons at your house in Manville. It was the best thing about
Sundays. Going to your house and Aunt Vickeys. Yes, some have
long forgotten about these happy times, but they are the ones
I remember the most.
You were there for us then, and although most of us had not called
on you recently you were always there. I think back to the days
when you were my Mothers best friend, the horse races, and the
friendship that you gave her I love you for that. Well you are
together again and I know if there is a track in heaven, I know
where you and my Mother are right now.
You have been with us for such a short while, but as with everything
there is an end. Although you have reached the end of this life,
you begin a new and more exciting life with God. You now know
what so many of us can only wonder, You know the face of God.
I have no tears to cry, this is not to say I will not miss you...I
do. But you have gone to a place where there is no pain, there
is no hurting. Take with you the fact, that here on earth you
leave a nephew that loves and misses you. My reward is knowing
that you were My Aunt and that you cared about me my entire life.
For that I owe you more than I could ever repay. Know that I mourn
your loss, but I smile when I think of you and how happy you must
be now. Say hello to my mother...and if you see a horse named
Sam play it for me...
Your Loving Nephew
