Tom was one of those strong guys who gave the impression that nothing could harm him. God always has other plans. Tom will be missed by his loved ones. My sympathy and prayers are with you.

Tommy always told me he was the black sheep of the family. I never felt that way -- a bit of a rebel spirit -- probably. We didn't get to spend a lot of time together but what I know of Tom, he lived life to the fullest and was a good person. My heartfelt sympathy to the family from cousin Carol in Minnesota (George's granddaughter, Frank's oldest daughter)

DAD, I ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT SOME DAY WHAT KEPT US APART WOULD COME TO PASS. THERE WERE MANY TIMES THAT I COULD OF USED YOUR GUIDANCE AND I KNOW DEEP DOWN THAT YOU LOVED ME BUT COULD NOT EXPRESS THE WAY YOU FELT. THAT WAS THE MAN YOU WERE AND I ACCEPTED THAT. THE TIMES THAT WE SHARED, TAUGHT ME HOW TO BE STRONG AND INDEPENDENT.
HOPEFULLY, YOU CAN SEE FROM UP
ABOVE WHAT KIND OF FATHER I HAVE BECOME AND THAT MY SONS DO NOT
EXPERIENCE THE VOID THAT I HAVE.
THE SILENCE HAS BEEN BROKEN, WE NOW CONTINUE THE HUTCHISON NAME
- THOMAS A. HUTCHISON, JR., III AND IV WITH PRIDE AND DEVOTION.
LET THERE BE PEACE!! I ALWAYS LOVED YOU AND WILL FOREVER. UNTIL
WE MEET AGAIN.
YOUR SON,
TOMMY, JR.

Evelyn and family members, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. We did have some wonderful times together. One memory is a New Year's Eve at the Rancho over on Rt 46 when we were so young and full of it. God bless you in your time of grief, and contact me sometime along the way as I do think of you often.

Through our long friendship with Tom's wife Evie, we have come to know him very well. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was a very devoted husband. We will miss him greatly.
