I am saddened to see that Sally passed away. I used to work for AMl and came to her home to do her bloodwork. She was so darling and kind. Every one loved Sally. She never felt sorry for herself because of her blindness and always was so kind and dear. I often thought about her after I left AML. In my mind she is still over there in Heckman House with her circle of friends. God bless you all, I know you will miss her.
Love,
Nancy Shappell

To all of Sally's family,
Please allow me to introduce myself
as I'm sure I've never met any of you. My name is Michael Reilly
and I have fond memories of Sally. As a high school student, she
was my first boss at my first job in the bakery at Falk's Food
Basket in 1966; she was the bakery manager. I remained working
for her until I graduated and left for college. She taught me
a sense of responsibility that has been invaluable throughout
life. My sympathy to all of you; I'm sure she'll be missed.
I can still picture her in that white Corvair Monza sport coupe
she drove. I think she might like being remembered that way.
