My sincerest sympathy to all in the Ritz family for your personal loss.

Joe, "Bibby", will be missed greatly by me for so many reasons. How special I felt when my godfather and Rose chose me to me in their wedding. How exciting it was for a little girl to know that the policeman who walked the beat past her house was her godfather. In our reunion years I always depended on him to help me map the Frinzi family saga. I do and I will miss him.

I will always remember his integrity.
