I am truly saddened to hear of the passing of John Stocker, Sr. He was a wonderful man. I met him through his daughter, Barbara, when she and I were just kids. Mr. Stocker and his wife, Laura, treated me just like a member of their family. My sympathy is with the family...especially Barbara and Nancy. He will be greatly missed.

My grandfather was a great person. He may not have been perfect, but he was my grandfather. I will always love him. It has been a year and a half since he left us to be with my grandmother. There is not a day that goes by that I don't think about them. They will always be in my heart. I have a lot of good memories about him. I remember going to fairs and carnivals with them. I am proud to say that he is my grandfather and I will never be ashamed to tell people that.
