Francisco Victorino, 74, of Labangan, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, Philippines, died Thursday, January 19, 2006.

Born June 4, 1931 in the Philippines, he was the son of the late Gregorio and Gregoria Mendoza Victorino.

He graduated from Feati University in the Philippines with a degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. He was a retired businessman.

He was a member of the San Jose Roman Catholic Church, Mindoro, Philippines, where he was a lay minister for 14 years.

He was a past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus (Mina de Oro Council #6502), Philippines.

He was an active member and leader of various church organizations like the Cursillo Movement, Adoracion Nocturna Filipina, Holy Name Society. He dedicated his life propagating the devotion to the “Divine Mercy”.

He and his wife, the former Consuelo Pelagio observed their 51st wedding anniversary last October 10, 2005 and renewed their wedding vows last January 1st, 2006.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Alexander; three daughters, Adelaida Victorino, Asuncion Blount and Annabelle Delosreyes and a sister, Agatona Javier.
