Richard A. Vivian, 44, of Phillipsburg, died Monday, June 30, 2003 in his home. He was an attendant at the Hess Gas Station in Lopatcong Township. He formerly worked at Wal-Mart in Pohatcong Twp., Friendly's in Palmer Twp., and Trichlo's in Carbondale, Pa. Born June 7, 1959 in Easton, he was a son of the late Leonard P. and Margaret I. Taylor Vivian. He attended the Church of the Blessed Hope of the Nazarene, Phillipsburg. He enjoyed fishing. He is survived by a wife, the former Deborah J. Ogozaly; a son, Richard A. II; two daughters, Deziree and Patricia, all of Factoryville, Pa.; a brother, Dale P. "Juice" of Phillipsburg; two sisters, Margaret E. Stone of Phillipsburg and Deborah A. Briglia of Easton; five nephews, a niece and two great-nephews. A niece, Crystal Hopkins died earlier. Cremation will be private. A service of remembrance will be held 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Fire Central building, Firth and Marshall Streets, Phillipsburg.
