Elizabeth A. Wean, of Phillipsburg, died Friday, March 14, 2003 in her home. She was a former packer for the Colgate Co., Jersey City, N.J. Born April 10, 1941 in Newark, N.J., she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Catherine Gorman Foster. She was of the Catholic faith. Her husband, George R. Wean, died Friday, February 21, 2003. She is survived by a son, Roy J. of Phillipsburg; a brother, Frank of Bayonne, N.J.; four sisters, Mary Wishnewski of Bayonne, Anne Marie Hayes, Helen McCauley and Bernadette Bernard, all of Jersey City, N.J. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of services in the funeral home Friday. Burial will be in Bloomsbury Cemetery, Bloomsbury, N.J. Those planning an expression
