Thomas R. Webb, Jr., 53, of Wilkes Barre, Luzerne County, Pa., formerly of Phillipsburg, died Friday, March 17, 2000 in the VA Medical Center in Wilkes Barre, Pa.

Born Wednesday, January 15, 1947 in Easton, Pa., he was the son of the late Thomas R., Sr., and Catherine M. Clickner Webb.

He was a former member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Phillipsburg.

He served in the US Army in Vietnam, attained the rank of Specialist E-4 and received the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal, the Combat Infantryman Badge and the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal.

He is survived by a brother Robert G. and his wife, Carmela Vittorio and their daughter, Emily Webb, all of Ardmore, Pa.

Rev. Gary Walbert, interim pastor of St. John's Lutheran Church will officiate funeral services which will be held 8:00 p.m. Tuesday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 S Main St., Phillipsburg. A calling hour will be held from 7:00 p.m. until time of services in the funeral home on Tuesday.

Private cremation will be held at the convenience of the family following the services Tuesday. Military Honors and burial of the cremated remains will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 25, in Fairmount Cemetery, Phillipsburg.
