William Kenneth Willever, 75, of Phillipsburg, died Wednesday, February 24, 2010 in Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Clare's Hospital, Dover, NJ.

Born December 31, 1934 in Franklin Township, NJ, he was a son of the late Cleveland and Ruby Van Camp Willever.

He formerly worked in the public works department for the Town of Phillipsburg.

He is survived by a son William A. and his wife Amy, of Shillington, PA; three grandchildren, Sebastian, Shawn and Tianna Willever; three brothers, Samuel of Indianapolis, Indiana, Walter of Wind Gap, Pa and Ted of Phillipsburg. He was pre-deceased by two brothers, John and Miller.

A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m. Monday in the O'Donnell Apartments social room, 235 South Main St, Phillipsburg. The Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg is in charge of the arrangements. Online condolences may be submitted by visiting www.noto-wynkoop.com.
