I watched the video and was in tears. It's obvious how much love and joy surrounded this man and how very much he will be missed. He lived a full life and I'm so deeply sorry to the family and friends that were blessed to be in it.

Uncle Punkin, I will miss you greatly. I still can’t believe for like 35 years I was spelling your name wrong (Pumpkin) lol!! Thanks for finally correcting me lol! I’ll never forget the visits to your house to collect beer cans for us to smash and get fresh veggies from your garden. I remember collecting money from off the floor after a night a poker and partying and the tips for get beers, extra for a perfect pour from the beer Meister. I was able and fortunate enough to be able to help you over the last 3 years, while it killed me, we tried to make the best out of every visit and gathering. I’m so thankful we had a great 2019 and will cherish those memories forever! I’ll never forget sharing a snack or dinner with you. I’m going to miss our chats and coffee hours! I love you Uncle Punkin!! My deepest sympathy to your 3 daughters, my wonderful cousins as I feel their pain and understand it all to well! I’m here for you Shan, Taylor and Michelle even if it’s a shoulder to cry on!! I love you all

Rest in Peace my friend. I'll long remember our times on the fields and trips to the games and the shore. We were the luckiest guys in the world to grow where we did, to have so many laughs with you and your family and of course, our friends. The great memories of our youth and beyond. Rest easy in knowing you were loved by so many and will be missed by all whose lives you touched.
