Alvin H Grabinsky

Alvin H. “Butch” Grabinsky, 66, of Kunkletown, PA, formerly of Phillipsburg, died January 30, 2019.

Born December 18, 1952 in Pattenburg, NJ, he was a son of the late Edward and Ada (Teeter) Grabinsky.

Butch was an automotive mechanic, having worked Clinton Ford, Mark Kenyon Ford, and then as the owner of Grabinsky Automotive in Phillipsburg. He last worked at Sunshine Tree and Landscape, Stewartsville, NJ.

Butch and his wife, the former Catherine Gilbert, observed their thirty-sixth wedding anniversary, December 3, 2018.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Suydam and Patricia Suydam; a son Kevin Gilbert and assisted in raising Tammy Miller; four brothers, Donald Teeter, Larry, Jeffrey and Russell Grabinsky; two sisters, Freda Schibel and Ramona Cunningham; three grandchildren, Amanda and Carly Berezny and Alexandria Flyte, and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebratation of Life will be held 1:00 - 4:00 p.m., Sunday, at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 2115 Washington Blvd, Easton (Wilson Borough) PA. Arrangements: Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 S Main St, Phillipsburg, NJ. www.noto-wynkoop.com.
