Angela M Mugavero

Angela M. Mugavero, 78, of Lopatcong Township, formerly of Phillipsburg, died Saturday, January 5, 2013 in St. Luke's Hospital - Warren Campus, Phillipsburg, NJ.

Angela, also known as "Angie" and "Yogi", was born May 6, 1934 in Phillipsburg, to the late Joseph and Rose Re Mugavero.

She was a medical assistant for Dr. Spillane and Dr. Popkave, both in Phillipsburg.

She was a former member of the Chansonette Theatre, Easton, Pa.

She was a long time member, and recently, the oldest living member of the First Baptist Church, Lopatcong Township, NJ.

She was a die-hard Yankees fan.

Angela is survived by two sisters, Carmella Montoro, of Easton, PA and Lucy Figlio, of Lansdale, PA; nieces, Rosemary Lerario and her husband, Frank; Patti Cardell, Michele Mohr and her husband, Chris, Gina Vizzard and her husband, Pat, Maria Chace and her husband, Dave; two nephews, Joe Figlio and Mike Figlio and his wife, Jennifer; two great nieces and five great nephews.

Visitation will be held 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main Street, Phillipsburg. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, in the First Baptist Church, 810 Red School Lane, Phillipsburg, NJ. Burial will be in the Fairmount Cemetery, Phillipsburg.
