Barbara A (Benward) Bowlby

Barbara A. Bowlby, 82, of Phillipsburg, NJ, died peacefully, August 24, 2015, with her son at her side.

Born June 26, 1933 in Easton, PA, Barbara was a daughter of the late Horace A. II, and Dorothy May (Heyer) Benward.

Survivors include her son, Charles M. "Charlie" Bowlby, III, at home; a daughter, Ann Frey; a sister, Ruth Panovic and a grandson, Paul Frey; a sister-in-law, Hilda Stinson and a nephew, Matthew Benward. A brother, Horace A. "Benny" Benward, III died earlier.

Public visitations will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Friday, in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St, Phillipsburg, NJ. Funeral services will be private for the family.
