Bruce Kornberger Obituary
Bruce A. Kornberger, 78, of Phillipsburg, passed away September 22, 2018.
Born May 15, 1940 in Clinton, NJ, he was a son of the late Adlor A. and Helen Ruth (Mattis) Kornberger.
Bruce was an iron worker for the Iron Workers Union, Local 789. He also was a former bartender at Guy's Bar in Phillipsburg.
His wife, the former Rose Ann Ruschak passed away earlier.
Survivors include two sisters, Betty L. Kornberger and Ruth Ann Beckwith; three brothers, Charles, Harry and Jacob and many niece and nephews. A brother Robert and a sister, Mina J. Soos both passed away earlier.
A gathering period will begin 5:30 p.m., Monday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 S Main St, Phillipsburg. www.noto-wynkoop.com. A memorial service will begin at 6:30 p.m. Interment will be private.
