Carol Jo (Wurst) Sipley

Our Mother/Mom/Momma, Carol Jo Sipley, passed away August 8, 2022 at the age of 71.

Born September 8, 1950 in Raritan Township, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Archibald and Ruth G. (Gary) Wurst.

She will always be remembered for her free spirit, love of life; and her positive outlook, no matter what she faced. She made friends and memories wherever she went, and was a well-loved member of the community in Delaware and Phillipsburg, NJ.

Carol Jo was predeceased by her husband, Russell A Sipley. Carol Jo is survived by her companion Edward Marason, and her sons James R. Beers, Brian E. Beers, and Russell Sipley and two brothers, Robert and Gary Wurst.

Visitation will be held 10:00 to 11:00 am Friday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 S. Main St. Phillipsburg. (www.noto-wynkoop.com). A celebration of her life will begin at 11:00.
