Cheryl Ann Kramer-Tolbert, 77, of Newport News, Virginia, formerly of Phillipsburg, NJ and Minnesota, passed away on May 18, 2026.
Born March 29, 1949, in Easton, PA, she was a daughter of the late William H. and Anna (Allen) Kramer.
Cheryl graduated from Phillipsburg High School and served in the United States Navy from 1968 through 1972. During her time in the Navy, she was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.
Cheryl worked for APAC in Virginia from 2003 until her retirement in 2020. Before that, she worked for Primesource/Enovation and Olson Graphic Products/Bell Industries while living in Minnesota.
Cheryl was a loving sister and aunt. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with family. Her family and many friends will lovingly remember and greatly miss her.
She is survived by a brother, Allen Lewis Kramer of Phillipsburg and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, William H. Kramer, Jr. in 2000 and sister, Sarah A. Bell-Timmann in 2024.
Cheryl will be buried privately with military honors at Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown, PA, honoring her service to her country.
