Donald Richard Diehl

Donald  (Donnie) Richard Diehl, 60, of Phillipsburg, NJ, died August 19, 2023 in St. Luke's Warren Hospital surrounded by loved ones.

Born December 6, 1962 in Phillipsburg, he was a son of the late Harold (Sonny) E. and Lois M. (Jones) Diehl.

Donnie was a former landscaper in North Carolina and New Jersey.

Donnie loved watching football, specifically the New York Giants. He enjoyed the outdoors, playing the guitar, harmonica, and spending time with his family and friends.

Donald is survived a daughter Kimberly Frace and her husband William of Alpha, NJ; three brothers, Larry and his wife Donna and Edward and his wife Marsha, both of Pohatcong Township, NJ and Steven and his wife Teresa of Palmer Township, PA; two sisters, Lori Diehl and Debra Deemer, both of Phillipsburg; three grandchildren, Kierstyn E Bracken, Jared A. Bracken and William C. Frace Jr.; His confidant, Krystle Cartagena and her three children, Manuel and his wife Stephanie of Bangor and Michael and a daughter, Jaide Cartagena; nieces Tammy Walker, her husband Donald of Phillipsburg, Chelsey and Jenna Diehl, Samantha Kramer, her husband Lewis of Phillipsburg, NJ; nephews, Jesse Diehl, his wife Jessica, Brandon Diehl, Tyler and Casey Diehl. Nine great-nieces and nephews.

A memorial gathering will be held from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Friday, September 1, 2023, in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 S Main St, Phillipsburg. www.noto-wynkoop.com.
