Donald S. Reich, Jr, 80, of Forks Township, died Tuesday, January 4, 2011 in Easton Hospital.
Born November 19, 1930, in Easton, PA, he was a son of the late Donald S. and Mary Grace Painter Reich, Jr.
He was a veteran of the Air Force, stationed in Guam during the Korean War.
He was a graduate of Easton High School, Class of 1948.
Don was a postal clerk for the Lehigh Valley Post Office in Allentown for over 30 years, retiring in 1988.
He was a former member of the First United Church of Christ, Easton, and formerly served on the Easton Council of Churches.
He was a member and former Vice President of the American Postal Workers Union, AFL-CIO, Lehigh Valley Area Local.
Don and wife, the former Jacquelyn M. Stickley observed their 55th wedding anniversary June 18th.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Lynn M. Picard, of King of Prussia, PA; two granddaughters, Jenny and Kimberly Picard; three great-grandchildren; a bother, Chaunce of Dunellen, Florida, a sister, Mary Jane Lutz, Forks Township.
Visitation will be held 10 to 11 a.m. Friday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St, Phillipsburg. Services will begin at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in the Easton Cemetery, 7th Street, Easton.
