Edward Statler, Sr.

Edward Marshall Statler, Sr, 92, of Easton, Pa, passed away Sept. 26, 2019.

Born June 13, 1927, he was the son of the late Adali and Viola (Andrews) Statler.

Ed served with the U.S. Army Air Force during WWII.

He was a machinist for RH Metals Co.

Ed was an amateur ham radio operator, K3IFE.

He was preceded in death by wife of 62 years, the former Winifred Taylor; a brother Robert Statler and sisters Elizabeth Rau and Dorothy Mabus.

Survivors:  a son Edward M Statler, Jr; daughters Diane Kohler (Skip), Karen Statler, and Laurie Bullock (William); 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends and family begining at 2:00 p.m., Sun., Nov. 3, 2019, First Moravian Church, 225 N. 10th St, Easton.  Services will begin at 2:30 p.m.
