Elaine Minnich Obituary
Elaine Virginia Minnich, 90, of Lehighton, Pa, died peacefully July 10, 2021 in her home.
Born April 10, 1931 in Lehighton, she was a daughter of the late Robert E. and Mabel (Ritzauer) Lewis.
Elaine was a former sewing machine operator at Wilmer Fashions in Bowmanstown, Pa.
Elaine enjoyed crocheting, word search puzzles, reading, watching Lawrence Welk and Molly B's Polka Party and most of all, the time she spent with her family.
Survivors include three daughters, Christine L. Santore and her husband Angelo of Nesquehoning, Pa, Michele R. Nothstein and her husband Thomas of Lehighton and Lisa J. Wynkoop and her husband Timothy of Phillipsburg, NJ; two sons, Michael A. and his wife Maryann of Lehighton and Christopher E. and his wife Marca Clark of Berkeley, Calif; 11 grandchildren, Angelo and Phillip Santore, Melanie Moyer, Michael and Matthew Minnich, Rebekah, Juliana, Abby and Owen Wynkoop, Lewis and Lexie Minnich and six great-grandchildren, Giavonna, Gabriella and Jack Santore, Abigail Moyer, Madelyn and Rylee Minnich ; cousins, Barbara and Helena; brother's-in-law Paul Gruber and Carl Minnich and many nieces and nephews. Three brothers, Robert, Raymond and Ronald and two sisters, Nancy Gruber and Betty Vadjack and a grandson Marc Minnich all died earlier.
Services were private for the family.
