Eleanor M (Casebeer) Purdy

Eleanor M. Purdy, 86, of Bethlehem Township, Pa, died Saturday, December 16, 2017.

Born April 20, 1931 in Wind Gap, Pa, she was a daughter of the late William H. Casebeer, Sr. and Mildred (Brodt) Casebeer Purdy.

She was a member of God's Missionary Church, Coopersburg, Pa.

Her husband, Daune S. Purdy died August 22, 2014.

Survivors include a sister, Doris Au and her husband, Robert Sr. of Lopatcong Twp, NJ; a brother, William H. Casebeer, Jr. and his wife, Betty of Pohatcong Township, NJ and many nieces and nephews; a step-brother, Boyd Purdy and three step-sisters, Arlyn Detweiler, Marie Woroniec and Janice Honeycutt. Two sisters, Marie Klump and Daisy Gruppo died earlier.

Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Thursday, in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 S Main St, Phillipsburg, NJ. Services will begin at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Forks Cemetery, Forks Township, Pa.
