Floyd "Red" H. Gray, 93, of Phillipsburg, NJ, died December 3, 2025.
Born July 25, 1932 in Wilson Borough, PA, he was a son of the late Floyd E. Gray and Edna (Boyer) Haring.
Floyd retired as a truck driver after working more than forty years for Conrail and its preceding railroad companies.
He was a member of the New Creation U.C.C. Church in Palmer Township, PA. He also had membership in many area social clubs in Phillipsburg and Easton.
Floyd was a man that enjoyed keeping himself busy and helping others, especially cutting grass for many people. He took pleasure in just sitting in his backyard watching squirrels, birds, skunks, groundhogs and any of nature's creatures that wandered into the area. He especially enjoyed spending time with his wife, Pat.
He is survived by his wife of nearly sixty-nine years, the former Patricia A. Serfass; a daughter, Pamella P. Gray; two brothers, Roger Haring and Richard Gray; four sisters, Veda, Loretta Zagra, Patty Martin and Janet Dunn and many nieces and nephews. His brothers, Robert, Russell, Roy, Ronald and Richard Haring, Sr., as well as two sisters, Louise Haring and Lucille Hoffner all died earlier.
Funeral services are private for the family, under the direction of the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 S. Main St, Phillipsburg, NJ (www.noto-wynkoop.com). Burial will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine, Palmer Township, PA.
