Ida (Cicale) Principato

Ida Principato, 90, of Stewartstown, Pa, formerly of Wilson Borough, Pa, died Wednesday, April 11, 2012 in her home.

Born August 16, 1921 in the Brainards section of Harmony Township, NJ, she was a daughter of the late John and Rosa Triani Cicale.

Ida was a seamstress for the former Joseph's Clothier, Easton, Pa, and several other garment businesses in the Phillipsburg - Easton area.

She was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church, Palmer Township.

Her husband, the late Salvatore Principato died in 1959.

Survivors include a sister, Elizabeth DelBacco, of Nazareth, Pa, and many nieces and nephews, and their families.

Seven brothers, Abraham, Albert, Dominic, Salvatore, Lewis, Jerry and Frank; and three sisters, Laura Molnar, Mary Galati and Pauline Manieri all died earlier.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Monday in St. Janes Church, 4049 Hartley Ave, Palmer Township. A gathering time will being held at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass. Burial will be held in the Easton Cemetery, Easton, Pa. The Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 S Main St, Phillipsburg, is handling the arrangements. www.noto-wynkoop.com.
