James Mack Obituary

James E. Mack, 76, of Phillipsburg, died August 21, 2018 in the Lopatcong Center, Lopatcong Township, NJ.
 
Born October 29, 1941 in Phillipsburg, James was the son of the late Harry James Mack, Jr. and Alice Denith Mack.
 
James was an electrician for Bethlehem Steel for 30 years, retiring in 1996.
 
James had a life-long passion for trains and was a member of many train organizations, including the Phillipsburg Railroad Historians, where he formerly served as vice-president; and the Lehigh Valley Rail Road Association and many others. He also volunteered at the canal museum in Easton.
 
Survivors include his daughters, Alice M. Dugan and her husband, Daniel D. Sr., Susan Mack and Jamie L. Entkos and her husband Ronald; grandchildren Daniel D. Dugan, Jr., Harry James Dugan and Justin James Entkos and a sister, Constance "Connie" Collins.
 
Visitation will be held 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St, Phillipsburg. www.noto-wynkoop.com. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m., Monday, in the funeral home. Burial will be in the Bloomsbury Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Bloomsbury.
