Jeanne B. Pugliese, 86, of Palmer Township, PA, died Tuesday, May 31, 2011 in Easton Hospital.
Born November 17, 1924 in Easton, she was a daughter of the late Ralph J. and Filomena “Mamie” Morrone Grandinetti.
She graduated Easton High School in 1942 and Churchman’s Business School, Easton.
She was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church, Palmer Township, and a former member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Easton, Pa.
Jeanne was a fitter and sorter for the Amalgamated Garment Workers Union, and had worked at the Northampton Pants Company and Joann Dress Co, both formerly of Easton. She also assisted her son, Joseph, Jr, at the Reflections Restaurant in Hazelton, Pa.
She was an avid Eagles fan.
Jeanne and her husband, Joseph Pugliese, Sr, observed their fifty-seventh wedding anniversary February 27th.
In addition to her husband, Jeanne is survived by two sons, Joseph G., Jr. and his wife, Lori A., of Coplay, Pa, and Ralph J. of Easton, and her greatest enjoyment in life, was spending time with her granddaughter, Jennifer R. Pugliese; A brother, Frank A. and three sisters, Angelina, Rose and Pauline all died earlier.
